Returns Policy

Had a change of heart? 

We totally understand and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to return the products and get some new ones :-). You can therefore return your purchase to us within 100 days (from date of purchase) for a full refund or exchange. All you need to do is get it back to us at your cost and we will sort the rest. Please note that for us to accept a return, the product needs to be unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If you tick all these boxes, then it's absolutely no problem refunding you. If your returned purchase doesn’t quite meet these requirements, we will contact you right away to discuss.

So how does it work? We like to keep things simple here so it's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 2: Courier your products back to us or drop it off in store.
Step 3: Once we receive them, if they are in their rginal new condition as outlined above we process your refund within 24-48 hours.

Something just doesn’t seem right?

Did your package show up looking a bit worse-for-wear? We have bene experiencing a little bit of that with couriers of late and we’re very sorry about that! Please give us a call within 48 hours of receiving your package on 09 590-0655 and our customer care team will organize a replacement for you right away. If your item was damaged in transit, please keep all the original packaging (including the courier bag/box) and take a few photos for our records.

Is your product not working the way it should? While we do everything, we can to quality check all items before sending them out to our customers, sometimes (very rarely!) something will slip through the cracks. We really don’t like seeing our customers disappointed so we will always go the extra mile to get your product repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Just call our email our customer care team and they will get the ball rolling for you.

Manufacturer's warranty.

We are authorised retailers of all products that we carry. Please note that each of our products have different warranty periods and conditions set by the manufacturers – if you’re not sure about your particular item, just give us a call or an email and we would be more than happy to look into it for you!


Dispatch Information

Ships 2-4 days – we pick these products up from our local suppliers twice a week and then send to you.

Ships 5-8 days – we order these products from our suppliers in Australia twice a week and then send to you on the same day they arrive in our store.

Special Order – This product is ordered as a one off with our European suppliers. They can take a few months to arrive. When you purchase we will be in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss.

Pre-Order - This product is currently out of stock or soon to be released by our supplier. Buying today will secure your order from our first delivery. We would usually expect these products to be in our store within 10-14 days. When you purchase we will be in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss.
