Purchasing from Carry
carry.co.nz provides safe and secure online shopping for our customers. Products on our site can be purchased using a secure online credit card transaction facility. Customers can be assured that their information is protected by the latest security mechanisms and we do not store any credit card information.
Alternatively, customers can choose to pay by bank transfer. We will dispatch the order once the funds have cleared into our bank account (this usually takes 1 business day.)
When purchasing from our site, the name that will appear on your statement will be “Cold Coffee Retail” which is our parent company.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change pricing for any reason.
Security
Carry uses SSL technology to ensure all personal information provided by the customer is encrypted and kept private.
Delivery
Delivery charges if any are calculated at the checkout using your postal code. Delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, cover packaging, delivery and insurance.
All orders are processed during business hours (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.) Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Carry will endeavour to process all orders on the day they are received.
Delivery times vary depending on the customers’ location, however it is estimated to take 2-3 business days for most New Zealand addresses. (Please note that rural deliveries can sometimes take up to 5 days longer)
Please note that in some very rare cases, deliveries to remote locations such as Waiheke or Great Barrier Island may incur an additional shipping charge. We will contact you right away if this is the case.
Returns
Carry are happy to exchange or refund any purchases within 100 days in line with our Returns Policy. Please contact us on 09 590-0655 to speak to our customer care team and check our shipping and returns policy for more information.
Stock Supply
While we do our best to ensure our physical store is fully stocked, sometimes due to unforeseen demand, we need to order additional stock in from our supplier. This can cause a slight delay in the dispatch of your purchase. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Changes
Carry reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time.
